According to Resolution 2052 of the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Transportation, to enter to Colombia it is mandatory to

have complete vaccination scheme against covid 19 and carry the proper certificate.

Only as an exception, foreigners will be able to enter with the vaccination scheme started, with a negative Covid PCR test taken up to 72 hours before traveling.

Colombians can enter without a vaccination certificate only with a negative PCR test.

Nueva Delhi, 19 de noviembre de 2021. El Consulado de Colombia en Nueva Delhi realizará la jornada del Consulado Movil en Colombo, Sri Lanka, el 3 de noviembre del presente año.

Nueva Delhi, 1 de diciembre de 2021. El Gobierno de India el 29 de noviembre publicó los requisitos para ingresar en vuelos internacionales a India a partir del 1 de diciembre de 2021. Estos requisitos incluyen prueba PCR negativa y el registro previo en el portal “Air Suvidha” https://www.newdelhiairport.in/airsuvidha/apho-registration. Las condiciones adicionales dependen del país de donde provenga.
